After dedicating more than 15 years to building a career in the prop department, my passion for the film industry, my deep appreciation for the art of filmmaking, and my sincere commitment to excelling in the craft of Property Master remain steadfast. I currently serve as secretary on the board of the Property Masters Guild.
Whether navigating the absurdities of comedy or delving into the meticulous nuances of historical recreation, my resume spans across many genres. Project after project, I've elevated my problem-solving skills, my talent for thinking outside the box, and collaborative creativity to new heights.

I sharpened my skills through top-notch training and teamed up with a highly experienced Property Master with over 35 years in the field. During this time, I mastered the “old” methods of budgeting for cost savings, sourcing materials, and strategic product placement opportunities while also incorporating modern technology including 3D printing and in-house prop making into my repertoire.

I have the ability for in-house fabrication, including 3D printing, as well as on the fly paper props and I am trained in graphic design using the latest Adobe Creative Suite.

Having found his passion for the film industry at the age of eleven, Jesse wasted no time jumping into the Hollywood scene right after high school, bidding farewell to his small Illinois hometown. With a theater background under his belt, he initially dipped his toes into many crafts including production, special effects, wardrobe, and camera. It was in the Prop Department that he discovered his true calling.
In 2008, he was afforded an opportunity to work along side a veteran property master, and over the next decade, gradually climbed the ranks in the department. During that time, he gained hands-on experience in the intricacies of running the department and traveled all over the country. Finally, in 2022, he took the next step in his career, assuming the role of a Property Master and founding his own company, Propmeister Inc.
